Terminos de Servicio

Al usar la aplicacion Renzy ("la App"), operada por ROXEX ("nosotros"), aceptas estos Terminos de Servicio. Si no estas de acuerdo, no utilices la App.

1. Descripcion del servicio

Renzy es una aplicacion de nutricion que utiliza inteligencia artificial para analizar alimentos, generar planes alimentarios, rastrear nutricion, bienestar y ejercicio. La App esta disponible como aplicacion web, aplicacion iOS y aplicacion Android.

2. Requisitos de uso

• Debes tener al menos 16 anos para usar la App.
• Debes proporcionar informacion veraz al crear tu cuenta.
• Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta y contrasena.
• No puedes usar la App para fines ilegales o no autorizados.

3. Aviso medico importante

Renzy NO es un servicio medico. La informacion nutricional proporcionada por la App es orientativa y generada por inteligencia artificial. No sustituye el consejo medico profesional.

• La informacion nutricional puede contener imprecisiones inherentes al analisis por IA.
• Los planes alimentarios son sugerencias generales, no prescripciones dieteticas.
• El registro de medicamentos y suplementos es un recordatorio, no un consejo medico.
• Consulta siempre con un profesional de la salud antes de realizar cambios significativos en tu dieta, medicacion o rutina de ejercicio.
• Si tienes una condicion medica, alergias graves o estas embarazada, consulta a tu medico antes de seguir cualquier recomendacion de la App.

4. Cuentas y suscripciones

Plan gratuito: acceso limitado con un numero restringido de analisis diarios.

Planes de pago:

• Individual: acceso completo para un usuario.
• Familiar: acceso compartido para multiples miembros del hogar.

Periodo de prueba: los nuevos usuarios pueden acceder a una prueba gratuita de 14 dias. Al finalizar, se cobrara automaticamente el plan seleccionado a menos que canceles antes.

Tokens: ciertas funciones consumen tokens (analisis de fotos, generacion de planes, etc.). Los tokens se renuevan mensualmente con la suscripcion o pueden comprarse como paquetes adicionales.

5. Pagos y cancelaciones

• Los pagos web se procesan a traves de Stripe. Los pagos en iOS se procesan a traves de Apple App Store. Los pagos en Android se procesan a traves de Google Play.
• Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente al final de cada periodo de facturacion.
• Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento. Mantendras el acceso hasta el final del periodo ya pagado.
• No ofrecemos reembolsos por periodos parcialmente utilizados, excepto cuando lo exija la ley o las politicas de Apple/Google.
• Los precios pueden cambiar con previo aviso de 30 dias.

6. Uso aceptable

Al usar la App, te comprometes a NO:

• Intentar acceder a cuentas de otros usuarios.
• Realizar ingenieria inversa, descompilar o extraer el codigo fuente.
• Usar bots, scrapers o herramientas automatizadas para acceder al servicio.
• Subir contenido ilegal, ofensivo o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
• Interferir con el funcionamiento normal de la App o sus servidores.
• Revender o redistribuir el acceso a la App.
• Eludir los limites de tokens o funcionalidades del plan.

7. Propiedad intelectual

• Renzy, su diseno, codigo, algoritmos y marca son propiedad de ROXEX.
• Tu conservas la propiedad de las fotos y datos que subas a la App.
• Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesar tu contenido con el fin de proporcionar el servicio.
• Las recetas y planes generados por IA son para tu uso personal y no pueden redistribuirse comercialmente.

8. Disponibilidad del servicio

• Nos esforzamos por mantener la App disponible, pero no garantizamos un tiempo de actividad del 100%.
• Podemos realizar mantenimiento programado que afecte temporalmente el acceso.
• No somos responsables de interrupciones causadas por terceros (proveedores de hosting, internet, etc.).

9. Limitacion de responsabilidad

En la maxima medida permitida por la ley:

• La App se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantias de ningun tipo.
• No garantizamos la precision del analisis nutricional por IA.
• No somos responsables de decisiones de salud basadas en la informacion de la App.
• Nuestra responsabilidad total no excedera el importe pagado por tu suscripcion en los ultimos 12 meses.

10. Modificaciones del servicio

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar funcionalidades de la App. Para cambios significativos que afecten a funcionalidades de pago, notificaremos con al menos 30 dias de antelacion.

11. Terminacion

• Puedes cerrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde Ajustes o contactando a soporte.
• Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que violen estos terminos.
• Tras la terminacion, tus datos seran eliminados conforme a nuestra Politica de Privacidad.

12. Ley aplicable

Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes de Espana. Para usuarios de la UE, se aplican las protecciones adicionales del derecho de consumo europeo. Las disputas se resolveran en los tribunales competentes de la jurisdiccion del domicilio del usuario dentro de la UE.

13. Cambios en los terminos

Podemos actualizar estos terminos. Notificaremos cambios significativos por email o aviso en la App con al menos 30 dias de antelacion. El uso continuado tras la notificacion constituye aceptacion.

By using the Renzy application ("the App"), operated by ROXEX ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Renzy is a nutrition application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food, generate meal plans, and track nutrition, wellness, and exercise. The App is available as a web application, iOS app, and Android app.

2. Usage Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

Renzy is NOT a medical service. Nutritional information provided by the App is for guidance only and generated by artificial intelligence. It does not replace professional medical advice.

• Nutritional information may contain inaccuracies inherent to AI analysis.
• Meal plans are general suggestions, not dietary prescriptions.
• Medication and supplement tracking is a reminder tool, not medical advice.
• Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, medication, or exercise routine.
• If you have a medical condition, severe allergies, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before following any App recommendations.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

Free plan: limited access with a restricted number of daily analyses.

Paid plans:

• Individual: full access for one user.
• Family: shared access for multiple household members.

Free trial: new users may access a 14-day free trial. At the end, the selected plan will be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

Tokens: certain features consume tokens (photo analysis, plan generation, etc.). Tokens renew monthly with the subscription or can be purchased as additional packs.

5. Payments and Cancellations

• Web payments are processed through Stripe. iOS payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Android payments are processed through Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of the already-paid period.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used periods, except where required by law or Apple/Google policies.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service.
• Upload illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or its servers.
• Resell or redistribute access to the App.
• Circumvent token limits or plan functionality restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

• Renzy, its design, code, algorithms, and branding are the property of ROXEX.
• You retain ownership of photos and data you upload to the App.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
• AI-generated recipes and plans are for your personal use and may not be commercially redistributed.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the App available, but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects access.
• We are not responsible for outages caused by third parties (hosting providers, internet, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI nutritional analysis.
• We are not responsible for health decisions made based on App information.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue App features. For significant changes affecting paid features, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

11. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For EU users, additional consumer protection rights under European law apply. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the user's domicile within the EU.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
