ROXEX Labs ("we", "our", "us") operates the Renzy mobile application and website (renzy.app). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In).

Health & Nutrition Data

To provide our service, we collect data you provide including: meal photos and descriptions, nutritional goals, dietary preferences, allergies, weight, height, exercise data, supplement and medication tracking, and hydration logs.

Apple Health / Google Health Connect

With your explicit permission, we may read (never write) data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect including steps, workouts, sleep, weight, and hydration. This data stays on your device and our servers — it is never sold or shared with third parties.

Device Information

We collect device type, operating system, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications you have opted into.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide AI-powered nutritional analysis of your meals
• Generate personalized meal plans, recipes, and fitness routines
• Track your nutrition, health metrics, and progress over time
• Send reminders and notifications you have opted into
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve our AI models and service quality

3. AI Processing

Meal photos and descriptions are processed by AI (Anthropic Claude) to extract nutritional information. Photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. AI analysis results are stored in our database to provide your history and progress tracking.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting (EU servers)
• Anthropic: AI meal analysis (data processed, not stored by Anthropic)
• Stripe / Apple / Google: Payment processing only
• Vercel: Application hosting

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with secure session management.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data
• Opt out of notifications at any time
• Revoke Apple Health / Google Health permissions at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children

Renzy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
